So, now I see, that ICQ is crazy not only on my PC, but everywhere. Well, I think tomorrow or maybe even today everything will be fine and OK.

Don't worry, without any panic, stollen contact lists will come back!!! At least I hope so.

It's not the solution for this problem, when you uninstall ICQ and download it again, because your number and the contacts are not saved on your computer. When you uninstall ICQ, you only uninstall the file of the programm and not the number.
A questoin: Which ICQ do you have? ICQ lite or ICQpro2003?
When you have ICQ lite, I would to download the ICQpro2003, because it's the better programm.
But when you already tried it on an other computer, you can only hope.

Actually I got both of thiese versions on my PC And I must admit that on Pro I have my contacts, just they are all offline, but on Lite the list is still empty. Actually I usually use right the Lite version, so that's why I had a panic and crisis 'cause I was afraid to loos all my contacts. As I 've mentiond above, they are really very precious for me. But after I turned on Pro version and saw that all my contacts are over there I was ok and still am, because at least I'll have a possibility to add them agane.

Yes, now I agree with you, cause I've asked to my friend to enter ICQ with my number and password, so she had the same "PICTURE" what I have on my PC, so my list anyway is EMPTY.

But are you sure it will return???

Don't you think that the best solution will be if we'll delite and uninstall existing ICQ and after download it agane?

How do you think should I try this??? Because, my contact list is really very, very precious for me.

I also have a problem with ICQ. I don't know what's going on with it. Today everything was OK, just I went to Uni and after came back and restarted my PC, after entered ICQ and I was in SCHOCK, my contact list is empty!!! I don't know how it heppend, but it's EMPTY. Maybe someone of you knows what's the reason. Or maybe somehow there is a way to returne my contacts, not searching and adding them agane???
